Order and Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location. Here is a general overview:
Sweden: 69 SEK
Free shipping on all orders within Sweden over 2,000 SEK.
Rest of Europe: €12
United States: $20
Asia, Australia, South America, Africa: €30
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
It depends on where your order is in the process. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try our best to update the address for you. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we're unable to make changes on our end, but you may be able to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request a redirect, though fees may apply and it's not guaranteed.
I haven't received a confirmation email with tracking information, what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder as our email might have ended up there. If you still can't find it, contact us at Info@11Studios.se and we'll resend your confirmation and tracking details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order in real time using the email you used at checkout in the Shop app.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at Info@11Studios.se if you need to make a change or cancel. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we're unable to make modifications or cancellations.
What should I do if I receive an incomplete or incorrect order?
We are so sorry about that! Please contact us at Info@11Studios.se within 7 days of receiving your order and please include the following:
- Your order number
- A photo of what you received
- A description of what is missing
What happens if my package was lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Wait 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, or reach out to us at Info@11Studios.se and we'll help figure out next steps.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, we'll work with you to resolve it. Please note that once a package shows as delivered to the correct address, we are unable to take responsibility for stolen packages, however we will always do our best to help.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear your order arrived damaged! Please contact us at Info@11Studios.se within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging it arrived in
We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
Can I exchange my order?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, return your item and place a new order at any time.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, visit account.11Studios.se and sign in using the email address associated with your order. A 6-digit verification code may be sent to your email for secure access. From there, select the order you wish to return and click Request Return. Choose reason for return and submit.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once it has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with further instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
Product, Sizing & Care
How do I know my size?
Each product page has a size guide with both body and garment measurements in cm and inches. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing the garment measurements for the best fit.
Do your pieces run true to size?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit.
How should I care for my 11 Studios products?
Care instructions vary slightly by item and can be found on the care tag inside each garment, as well as on the individual product pages. As a general rule, we recommend washing all 11 Studios pieces inside out on cold, with similar colors, and air drying. Avoid tumble drying and bleaching to keep your pieces looking their best.
