Welcome to 11 Studios. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Throughout this site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to 11 Studios.

2. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your region and agree to use our site for lawful purposes only. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order

  • Not use our website for any fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content, images, or materials found on this website without our written permission

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website at our discretion if these terms are violated. 

3. Product Information  

We do our best to describe and represent our products as accurately as possible. However, please note the following:

  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, and lighting

  • Some of our products are dyed and washed in a way that creates an authentic, lived-in style — this means every piece is unique and the color, look, and feel may naturally change over time with wear. This is intentional and part of the character of the garment

  • Sizing and fit may vary by style — we recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering

  • Product availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out without notice

  • We reserve the right to update or correct product descriptions, images, and information at any time

4. Pricing & Availability 

Prices on our website are displayed in your local currency based on your location. All transactions are processed in SEK and your final charge may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider. Please note the following:

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Items can sell out at any time and availability is not guaranteed

  • In the event of a pricing error or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or adjust affected orders

  • If an order is canceled due to a pricing or inventory error, you will receive a full refund

  • Displayed prices are approximate conversions — your bank or card provider determines the final exchange rate applied to your transaction 

5. Orders & Cancellations

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee confirmation — we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Once an order has been placed and is being processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

  • If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at Info@11Studios.se.  We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships

  • If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel it — please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Orders canceled by 11 Studios due to inventory or pricing issues will receive a full refund 

6.  Payment

Full payment is required at checkout before your order is processed and shipped. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments

  • Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Maestro, Pay Pal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

  • Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully received and verified

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity

  • 11 Studios does not store your payment information. All payment data is handled securely by our payment provider

7.  Shipping

Shipping times, rates, and delivery details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order you agree to the shipping terms described there.

  • 11 Studios is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes — these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. By placing an order you agree to the terms outlined there.

  • Items must meet the return requirements listed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy to be eligible

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and reviewed

  • 11 Studios is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit — we recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns

9. Discount Codes & Promotions

From time to time, 11 Studios may offer discount codes and promotional offers. The following conditions apply:

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed
  • Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Discounts may exclude certain items, including sale, preorder, and final sale products.
  • Discount codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
