Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, visit account.11Studios.se and sign in using the email address associated with your order. A 6-digit verification code may be sent to your email for secure access.

From there, select the order you wish to return and click Request Return. Choose reason for return and submit. 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once it has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.  

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers. The same 14-day return window and item condition requirements apply. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or duties fees incurred during the return shipment.
